Grilled Zucchini Salad


(use more or less depending on how many people!)

Season zucchini with salt and pepper and Olive oil, and grill until tender.
Toss together: grilled zucchini, arugula, feta cheese, olive oil, a sprinkling of white wine vinegar and pepper (feta is salty!)

Serve salad with filet mignon and rice...YUM!
